. . . I had 99 makeup problems and this primer solved every single last one. Honestly, having tried so many different brands of primers battling makeup application for slightly more mature skin, (im 38 but my skin has CHANGED) including more expensive brands, tried out this one and its been the best so far. Much smoother application of makeup, and it does alot better for priming problem areas such as the skin under the eyes where I had issues with makeup not sticking before due to crepiness. Also works well to hide the pimples im now recieving thanks to the dreaded onset of cougar puberty. You can actually layer it up over them and fully conceal. Will say I done a ton of research on primers bc I had to do a TV interview as part of my work, so I needed to look my utter best to help with the anxiety. This looked like the best one and it delivered. I was very impressed with my appearance on the day, easiest time ever getting ready, with none of the usual tantrums. I was actually glowing, even the spouse noticed. It blurred and it blended and also CONCEALED. Having seen the show I can confirm I looked healthy and glowing. The only thing I changed was this primer, I use other up market makeup brands like Dolce and Gabanna and Armani Luminous silk foundation. I noticed a significant difference in their performance used with this stuff, and would note that i have tried those brands primers and many others, but this one out performed the lot. This is three months ago now, and im writing this review having used it a while so I can confirm its not been a one off fluke of a thing. Hydrate your skin well, then prime. Would note also there is alot in the tube, so i would say its well worth the money both for performance and the quantity you get. This is the best primer for your face in summer. This opaque cool gel primer is easy to apply and very pleasant in our hot weather. It does exactly what is claims- blurs fine lines and pores. Make up goes on easily on top and stays there without running into lines and creases. Particularly effective in keeping my pencilled on eyebrows in place. I have used this when I attended an all day and night wedding celebration and my make-up stayed perfect the whole time. This is the best primer ever!

I have tried original spackle, and moisturising spackle. Those were very creamy in texture and were really good. I tried this version as it states it's brightens and blurs. I will say, yep it does brighten, but the blur effect does require more of the product when using for a no make up day. Now the downside....this spackle is A LOT thicker than the others and comes out of the tube like icing. This means to get the consistency of OG/hydrating versions you do need to rub it between your fingers for a bit BEOFRE putting it on your face. Possibly due to the formulation, or perhaps I have one from a bad batch, but if you do not rub between your fingers before applying to the face it goes on unevenly. Also to note, unlike the other versions I tried this has a limit to its buildability. It starts to ball up and come off the skin so only very small amounts can be used, a shame because it does handicap it's burring ability due to this.

Love LG stuff, Spackle has been out for years, didn't disappoint, gives the skin a lovely gentle fresh glow with a tiny but of a tint. Can wear it on it's own in the summer, and this time of year, I put a BB cream over it, so keeps the skin dewy

I didn’t really see much of a difference. I wanted something to wear without make up, but this didn’t live up to its advertised appearance.

Simple - it’s gorgeous and really helps build that natural radiance I was after especially during the dull winter months. May have to try the other colours now!

Love LG Spackle. Have tried the Ethereal Rose which was lovely, so this time tried the Champagne - equally as good. Although the champagne is more of a beige colour and not quite as golden as I expected, nevertheless a great primer. Spackle makes a huge difference to makeup application, and provides the most perfect canvas to apply foundation. Only 1-2 pumps needed, and gives a sheer smooth canvas and reduces lines, wrinkles and imperfections. Important to wait 1-2 minutes for it to dry before applying make up.

Love, love, love this stuff. It smooths out the lines and makes the pores invisible. If using with foundation, let it dry well on your face before applying. When you remove your makeup, your skin feels soft and smooth. Some folks may find the price a little high, but I think it is well worth it. I absolutely will continue to purchase. this product.

PLEASE DON'T EVER STOP MAKING THIS PRODUCT!!! I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! I use a brush to apply gently in dabs all over my face & neck. It has a natural look that somehow also blurs imperfections. I have it in all shades. For Summer, I blend the darkest one and the middle one and it gives my skin such a healthy, and natural looking glow! If I could take one and only one makeup product with me on a trip, this would be the product...hands down!

Ok not moisturising enough and the glow is very minimal

Really love this primer! It’s a lot more lightweight than I’d consider something called a spackle and that’s not a bad thing! I like wearing it on its own without foundation for a natural minimal makeup look. I just ordered it in bronze to try for summer. I used the rose under my wedding makeup and it added a nice glow.

This stuff is GOLD!! Just very nice goes on very smooth. Makes my Laura Geller color correcting foundation powder makeup go on soooo smooth and even. Before I discovered this product my powder just did not seem to look nice on me. I had read all the reviews and I knew it should look better than it did or more what I wanted it to look like on me!! It mades it buildable!!! If u know makeup u will understand that statement if not google it!! Highly recommend this to older ladies to use with her color correcting foundation makeup!!! Makes all the difference!! Value was worth the price! Oh and u must have that slanted brush she sells as well.
