the 'good cook 8x4" comparison chart shows a different size than stated.how can i be sure of size?

The "8X4" pan I purchased has a tapered design, the bottom dimensions are 7 & 3/4" Length by 3 & 3/4" width

What is the non-stick surface made of? PTFE or ceramic or....?

Its not ceramic but is some other no-stick surface coating.

Why is 1 pan $6 and a 2 pk $43 ....... duh buy 2 singles!

What’s nonstick made of? i’ve been seeing coverage of dupont and 3m and the manufacture of almost all nonstick surfaces is really bad for humans, etc.

I'm a retired biochemist and wouldn't hazard a guess as to the chemical components in the coating of the pan except saying it's NOT teflon. I have used this pan at least 2 to 3 times a month for the last couple of years and the coating doesn't peal off like some other pan surfaces. I recommend it as a good purchase.
