This is an expensive item, but it is still the gold standard for covers for large lenses such as the Sony 200-600mm. Material quality is good. The cover is made of a thick, multi-layered fabric that is durable and water resistant. Installation is easy, except for the lens hood piece, which seemingly requires nudging it millimeter by millimeter to get it fully onto the lens hood.The color that I selected, #9 Grass Camo Waterproof, has a nice brown/neutral color tone that I'm satisfied with. Due to the fabric's weave texture, in low light, the cover appears predominantly as marbled dark brown in texture. In brighter conditions, especially in the cooler light around noontime, the cover appears mostly as a mix of brown and grayish-brown. It looks nice in both conditions.Also, contrary to what is seen in the product photo for color #9, the cover that I and other reviewers on here received does have green grass blade accents (which I think look good). However, it should be noted that review photos of color #9 on are all slightly different, particularly in regards to the green accents. It seems that the manufacturer uses different cuts from a larger piece, meaning that you may not receive a cover that looks exactly the same as the product photo and the photos posted in reviews.

Fits very well and keeps the lens clean and free of scuff marks. The camo pattern I chose looks great. Occasionally some of the sections around the switches needs to be adjusted but nothing that affects the day to day use. Although the price is high I think it’s a great way to help protect your investment without sticking out like a sore thumb

I have this on my 200-600 mm Sony lens. It fits tight and can be challenging at the beginning to put it on the lens. Once it goes on it isn’t moving. Looks great and works for me.

The is a quality product. Tight fit and looks great. The hood cover can take a little bit to get on but once there it stays put. I have used for over a year and am really pleased with it. I would buy this again.

Just received so no review of wear. Was sewn tightly with nice seams and fabric. Nearly impossible to install with my smaller hands. Wrapped painters tape on needle nose (so I didn’t scratch my lens cover) and eased it around. Worked great, grip only the fabric, don’t scratch the lens. Be sure to line up the label with the mark on lens hood so you know where to put it on. The lens hood is expensive to replace and I didn’t want to lose it in the field. I did read on the instructions and by camera repair man that this has to be removed after any water or atmosphere to dry so it doesn’t corrod the lens. I’ll be using silver marker on the inside to number the pieces for future installation. Overall very pleased so far with my new purchase.

Smells a bit weird out of the box, but other than that it fits really well. Time will tell how it hold up against the elements, but initially, I really like this. Simple to install, just wiggle it on. Simple to use zoom ring .

I rarely write reviews, but this product deserves one. Overall, the sleeve looks great and does exactly what it’s supposed to do in terms of protection and appearance. It fits the Sony 200–600mm lens perfectly and gives it a much more professional, finished look.However, be prepared to spend a significant amount of time installing it. The sections without Velcro are extremely difficult to get on. It took me nearly an hour of tugging, pulling, and carefully working each piece into place. By the end, my hands were sore. If you have arthritis or any hand strength limitations, this process will be very challenging.In my opinion, it’s unnecessary to make the installation this difficult when there are more user-friendly ways to design it.That said, once it’s finally on, it looks excellent and provides solid protection. It’s an excellent cover and much needed of protection from the elements. Also keeps you a bit more hidden.

Having just invested in the Sony FE200-600mm lens I wanted to protect it as well as make it less visible. So the Rolanpro looked to be the best solution and it is excellent. It fits like the proverbial glove - a bit tight to fit over the lens hood but it has to be tight not to move around. Quality is great with tough stitching. My only question is whether it can be washed if it gets grubby.But a worthwhile investment if you’ve spent the money on the lens.

Amazing Product, it's hard to believe the precision fit and how tight it is. Gives a great protection and assurance for using the lens with this on. It will take time and patience to get it on but once installed it performs like a dream.

Me ha sorprendido la calidad que tiene, el ajuste es prácticamente perfecto y muy apretado, cuesta bastante ponerlo. La protección que ofrece es adecuada y por el tema del camuflaje pues elegí el negro, ya que creo que es más efectivo ser sigiloso, vestir colores neutros, y sencillamente no parecer un ser humano, que intentar aparentar ser un arbusto con patas.
