I’ve been using the Cookwell Bullet Mixer Grinder (5 Jars, 3 Blades, 600W) extensively from June 2024 till May 2026, and I must say the product has been extremely durable and reliable for daily household use. The performance has remained consistently good even after heavy usage over nearly 2 years. Recently, the wet blender jar base developed a crack. I contacted the Cookwell WhatsApp support team expecting a lengthy process, but to my surprise, the experience was completely seamless. Since the product was under warranty, they immediately arranged a replacement and sent an entirely fresh new blade and jar set directly to my home via DTDC courier — no unnecessary questions, no hassle, and very quick service. I have attached the old Jar Photos and new replacement Jar Photos for your references. This level of after-sales support is genuinely rare these days. I have bought the product for my baby, and it is really good. We use it a few times everyday and have always found it to be sturdy. There is no leakage from the jars and that is what I was actually looking for. The blending makes sure that the food is smooth in texture and the blades are of good quality. I did have an issue with the mixer not starting after a few months, but when I raised a support ticket with Cookwell, they replaced the mixer within 2 days at my home. Overall the new one works well, and I have no complaints regarding it anymore. A good buy with strong build quality and good customer service when needed.

The Mixer worked well, used it for making shakes, Powder and Chutney. I was happy with the top class customer service provided by Cookwell customer support. My mixer stopped working and after reaching the support team , they arranged for a pickup for the old mixer and sent me a replacement ( new mixer) within a week . I am very happy with the customer support provided which was done swiftly.
