I really like this monitor. It has a nice big display which is super sharp, and the HD quality from the cameras is outstanding... even in night vision you can still see every movement no matter how small. It has a great range of additional options such as the night light, sounds and ability to have it display both cameras at once. I should add the range of motion on the cameras plus the 4x zoom (digital) really make it easy to keep tabs on your lil one (or surprise your partner).The "However" for me is... We've had this almost a month and one of the cameras has stopped functioning for some reason. The power cables are fine but this camera just doesn't turn on, despite it working 2 days ago. Could someone get back to me about this otherwise I might have to return it as faulty...[UPDATE!]So I had one camera go on the fritz where it stopped drawing power. Sean from Babysense quickly and efficiently replaced the faulty camera unit at no charge and shipped it next day so we weren't without our second for long. It was amazing service and I cannot thank them enough for their time and effort to sort this out. A* service.

Our daughter is now a year old. We’ve had this baby monitor from the beginning and it’s never failed us! The temperature monitor on it was so helpful during the summer to ensure it wasn’t getting too hot in her room, and the sound settings are also nice to have if you don’t already have a sound machine. The visuals were very clear, even at night, and the swivel and zoom features allowed us to follow her even when she started rolling around. It was literally ready to use out of box which was so nice, too! Honestly, as new parents learning all the things, this baby monitor was the least of our worries! Highly recommend it! And I highly recommend this vs getting one that you have to use through an app because it keeps your phone free to use while monitoring the baby through the separate monitor. Get this! You won’t be disappointed!

I recently purchased the Babysense 720p 5" HD Baby Monitor and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. Initially, I was skeptical about opting for 720p quality over 1080p, but the video quality, both during the day and at night, is more than adequate. I've taken a video to explain. It's great, we have two cameras, one in each room for the different kids. The night vision is great too, it's all very clear. The camera is sensitive enough to pick up noise, but not overly sensitiveThere are lights on the camera which you can use as a night light. They're orange and 3 settingsComes with different songs you can play including white noise which you can set the time and volumeMy only gripe is that the sound doesn't come from both, however if the sound is loud enough (in my case it was a multi-tool cutting the skirting) the camera switches to that room, even if it's not in split screen mode. Useful but I wish that alerting noise didn't have to be that loud but xoukd pick up softly crying children.The camera unit is largish and a little light plastic but I suppose that's to allow for the light.Overall, glad I switched from the Motorola to this, now I can watch TV downstairs whilst the lids are asleep in two different roomsBattery life is also very good (had it for 3 months now)

These are a fab piece of kit and we’ve used them for both our babies, over the last 3.5 years - the quality is decent and the split screen function is super handy. The range is good and we’ve never had any connectivity issues. They are so easy to set up and, if I remember correctly, didn’t need to be paired at the outset; we were able to use them straight out of the box. I have had to pair the cameras (when we swapped them over by accident, after being away) and the process is very easy. The battery life of the parent unit eventually expired (not bad after >3 years of constant use) and after replacing one of the charging cables (which didn’t improve the issue, but allowed us to use it plugged in whilst the children were in bed; it just meant it was no longer portable which ultimately became problematic for us), we reached out to Babysense for advice on replacing the parent unit itself. Even though our warranty had expired, the Babysense customer support team couldn’t have been more helpful and whilst it took a bit of back and forth between us, and we ended up with a few other issues along the way, they took the time to explore all options before we got everything resolved (by replacing our set up with an updated version of what we had). Everyone we dealt with was super helpful and pleasant. We’d definitely recommend Babysense cameras (and as a brand) and we’d buy them again. For anyone who’s looking for ideas, these would make a great gift for expectant parents. We’ve got them set up on some flexible camera stands with clamps (purchased on Amazon) which work great and allow us to take the cameras with us if we’re ever away from home. Bottom line, we’ve found these to be a good quality product and good value for money, supported by great customer service 🌟

I did a lot of research in to finding the right baby monitor, and I am so pleased I went for the Babysense 720p - Its such a good baby monitor. The picture is fantastic, really clear. It has VOX mode which is brilliant. It will detect any movement from the baby (high, Med, Low setting) and the screen will flash on. It also has temperature and brightness settings, which are so handy. Recently I had a bit of a technical fault, the VOX mode stopped working and temperature settings too. I got in contact with customer services and they were BRILLIANT. Answered my email within couple hours, sent them a little video of my issues and they happily replaced. All resolved within a day. Which is what you need when this piece of kit, for me is a baby essential. Really happy and couldn't recommend this monitor enough!

I purchased this unit just over a year ago. Initially I loved it. Although the parent unit as suddenly stopped working and charging.I reached out to customer service and advised of the issue. I was informed that the monitor has passed its warranty and all they could offer was a 15percent discount on a new unit. No offer of repair or anything else suitable.Personally, a baby monitor should last more than a year without a fault occuring.Very poor customer service and follow up with products. Several reviews have mentioned this issue regarding the parent unit so it must be something the company is aware of.

Recommended by a friend and didn’t disappoint particularly for the price point. Excellent picture quality and sound. Very user friendly.After about 16 months of use a buzzing sound appeared in both the monitor and the camera. I contacted Customer service for some advice. I attached videos so they had a clear idea of the problem. They offered a few different troubleshooting options but unfortunately none worked. I had mentioned that we are due our second baby in a few weeks that we had intended to only have to buy another camera hence why we were eager to determine if the devices could be fixed or if we would need to purchase new ones. I couldn’t believe when their Customer Service Representative Chris told us that he had posted out a new monitor with two cameras free of charge. He couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the process but to go that extra mile and give us new devices really was something else. We couldn’t speak higher of the Babysense Customer Care Team and their products.

I am keeping this baby monitor because it is ok, and I don't have the energy to test a bunch of different brands/models. I wanted a video monitor that wasn't connected to Wifi or my phone. This was recommended to me by a friend who was dissatisfied with other monitors she had tried. I was previously using a Wyze Pan Cam. For the price, I expected this monitor to be far superior in every way. Sadly, it is not. It covers the basics but falls short on all of its advertised premium features. See below.Pros:- Nice packaging- Easy set up- Monitor has a large screen with a menu that is easy to navigate.- Good sound detection on camera and loud speaker on monitor.Cons:- Compared with the Wyze camera, the overall picture resolution and night vision are inferior. The zoom function is not very useful as it is grainy with little contrast. I cannot see my baby's chest rise and fall.- Temperature gauge is not accurate when camera is wall-mounted. It is 2-3 degrees C higher than the crib temperature.- Clock gains time (about 15 minutes per week) and has to be reset regularly.- White noise feature is not loud enough with poor sound quality, tinny and scratchy. Still using a dedicated white noise machine.- Battery does not last the whole day, even when only checking the screen for a few seconds here and there. It also takes about 8 hours to fully charge. I have to plug it in overnight. The cable has a box on it (not sure the function of this) which is heavy and awkward.I cannot speak to the following features as I have not used them.- microphone- split-screen (I only have one camera.)- long range (I live in a small apartment.)- customer service (It has been working perfectly for over a month.)Although I admittedly have not done the research, there must be less expensive monitors on the market that have basic functions with comparable quality. This monitor sadly does not meet my expectations for my purposes. Perhaps, if you have different needs, it will be just the ticket for you and your family.

Servizio clienti top, risponde subito e risolve ogni problema.Punti di forza del monitor:- raggio di ricezione amplissimo (motivo per cui lo avevo scelto), funziona perfettamente in villetta a due piani con giardino prende ovunque)- visione nitidaDifetti:- telecamere e monitor si ricaricano con un cavo che non è il Comune USB C per cui vanno solo coi loro cavi- il pulsante “accendi lucina” è posizionato in modo che premerlo per sbaglio e svegliare il bambino accidentalmente è purtroppo errore comune e per poi spegnerla si deve per forza passare pure dall’intensità massima- non ho ancora capito se c’è un modo per attivare l’audio in contemporanea (o che passi automaticamente da uno all’altro se rileva rumore) per cui il monitoraggio contemporaneo è incompleto se non si ha modo di guardare fisso lo schermo.Consiglierei se si hanno due bambini di prendere due telecamere e due monitor indipendenti.Non ha il Wi-Fi ma forse per questo la ricezione radio è quasi contemporanea a differenza di altri modelli di altre marche che uso che hanno anche Wi-Fi

Wir sind mit dem Babysense Babyphone wirklich sehr zufrieden. Besonders praktisch finden wir, dass zwei Kameras im Lieferumfang enthalten sind. Das gibt einem unglaublich viel Flexibilität im Alltag. Eine Kamera haben wir bei uns am Swing to Sleep mit einem Kameragestell montiert, die andere direkt am Babybett, so haben wir jederzeit alles im Blick.Die Reichweite ist richtig gut und stabil, auch über mehrere Räume hinweg. Das Bild ist klar und zuverlässig und man kann ganz einfach von einer Kamera zur anderen wechseln, was im Alltag extrem praktisch ist. Die Bedienung ist sehr intuitiv, man findet sich sofort zurecht, auch ohne lange Anleitung.Zusätzlich gibt es viele sinnvolle Funktionen wie Musik und White Noise, was wir als großes Plus empfinden. Auch die Gegensprechfunktion ist vorhanden, die brauchen wir aktuell zwar noch nicht, da unser Baby noch sehr jung ist, aber es ist gut zu wissen, dass man diese Option später nutzen kann.Insgesamt fühlt sich das Babyphone sehr durchdacht und hochwertig an. Für uns ist es eine richtig gute, zuverlässige Kamera, die uns viel Sicherheit gibt. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder kaufen und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen.

En su día, para el.primer peke, les regalaron una cámara que no tenía esta calidad, y con la visión desde app de móvil.Les planteé este regalo, porque confié en la marca, y no me ha defraudado. También me apoyé en las reseñas muy favorables, y es todo cierto.Estas imágenes están grabadas, 100% completamente a oscuras, menuda calidad!!Ilumina perfectamente de noche, grabando en blanco y negro con mucha nitidez. En color, graba de día, o en cuanto tiene luz.El sonido, también es muy bueno!Está grabado el vídeo con un móvil, enfocando la pantalla y el sonido ambiente, y aún así se aprecia.La comunicación es fantástica, sin necesidad de wifi. Pensaba que no tendrían tanta cobertura porque es una casa, y todo lo contrario. Arriba en la habitación, puerta cerrada y ellos abajo a muchos metros, conexión perfecta. Se comunican desde la pantalla con la cámara que quieren interactuar para que les escuchen sus hijos. Dicen que por las noches, les ha dado la vida!!Tiene unas nanas preestablecidas. Aún ese tema no lo han mirado bien.Lo mejor, que además lo podrán llevar a casas de familia, donde el bebé descanse, controlar y estar tranquilo, sin conexiones ajenas. Además, lo amortizarán durante años. Se pueden conectar dos cámaras más, adicionales.Decir que el servicio técnico y su amabilidad, es de 10.Que responda un servicio postventa, rápidamente, brindando toda garantía de satisfacción, es importante!Es decir, recomendable 100 %, fácil de instalar y si necesitas vigilar dos estancias, porque tengas dos niñ@s, o dos puntos de visión, es la cámara perfecta.
