This bag contains at least 10 servings and we found the 100g to be easily enough per person. The noodles look odd coming out of the bag and in the pot, but once cooked and rinsed they are perfect. Made excellent Japche and absorbed the sauce beautifully and colored up nicely when sauteed. But everyone loved them at dinner! They cook up quick and make a perfect addition to soups, stirfries or other noodle dishes. We made both a vegetarian option, with tofu and one with sliced beef.
