Très efficace...
Mon dos me fait terriblement souffrir depuis des années. Ce tapis atténue très nettement les douleurs, ce qui me permet d'éviter au maximum d'ingurgiter des médicaments. Je le recommande vivement !!!

Good buy
First time I used it I was scared of the pain, then the second time I adjusted position a bit and can now manage. It feels very warm once you position yourself. Like more warmth/heat than feeling painful. Makes you feel sleepy.

Great mat, works well, no complaints.
This is a great mat. Very effective and at a great price point too. I don't have experience with similar products to compare it to, but I can say it works well. I purchased this for back pain. Similar to other users, when I first tried this, it was very painful. After a few minutes, the pain subsided and I felt a kind of warm pulsing in my back. I knew at that point that the endorphins kicked in and the circulation was increasing in that area. I didn't really feel giddy, like some other users mention, but that's ok. It was nice just to feel my muscles relax. When I finally got up, my back felt much better and I felt as relaxed as if I had just gotten a message. Therein lies the extra benefit...I often use this mat on nights that I have trouble sleeping, because I feel so relaxed afterwards that I go right to sleep. The mat is not a cure-all. It does help temporarily relieve some pain and stiffness though. All in all, I recommend it for both pain relief, and difficulty sleeping.

Si bien el tapete no es cómodo como se puede ver en los demás comentarios, es precisamente esta su naturaleza, es terapéutico no para comfort. Las primeras veces cuesta acostumbrarse, sin embargo puedes usar ropa ligera, para aminorar la incomodidad. Ya que los resultados son buenos, te llena de energía y de ayuda a contrarrestar tensión y dolor muscular. No reemplaza a un buen masaje, pero es una opción excelente para el diario y sin salir de casa.
