Great product
One of the best things I’ve done to my truck didn’t like the tailgate slamming down. Now it goes down nice and slow came with everything needed to install took me about 15 minutes

I don’t do many reviews, but this product and company is great. For the price, and ease of installation, it’s worth it. I did have a slight issue where the shock retaining clip seems ‘sloppy’.. so I contacted the company directly in hopes that I could get a replacement clip. They responded promptly and offered to send a whole new shock! Within 1-2 days it was resolved and a new shock is on its way. Very happy customer.

Works perfectly also for Ram 1500 2018,but lasted 2 weeks!
Works like a charm. Decent instructions flyer. Cable clip very tight to install. Time will tell for longevity of cylinder and parts. Cylinder worked just fine, its the bolt holding it at bottom that snapped after 2 weeks!

Works great for me. Idk what all these other people are complaining about? I read some bad reviews and almost didn't buy it. Only tricky part about it. It getting the plastic thing on the cable in the correct spot to keep it from binding when closing, but once you figure that out it works like it should. No complaints here!!
