This is a tool that is an investment for real estate professionals. Having this book is better than punching buttons on an amortization calculator. And much faster. I highly recommend this book for Realtors Brokers investors and home buyers. Much better and faster than using a calculator!

I only write a review when I am impressed, and this mortgage book hits the mark on all necessary items. Very simple to use, 60 second learning curve, ( no exaggeration). Mortgage loan tables covers every loan the average individual will encounter from 1% too 21% up too one million dollars. Beyond this is the realm of the very wealthy, they have personal finance managers the average guy doesn't. Do yourself a favor a pick up a copy for the few dollars asked, and enjoy the quick visual learning experience the data provides. I own 4 additional mortgage books and none are as easy and complete as this one. I do not know the author, nor do I have an affiliation with same. This is the last mortgage book you will ever own. Impressive in its simplicity of display.

I’ve had books like this before and they are very helpful when negotiating a sales agreement. It shows the buyers the difference an interest percentage point can make or putting in an increased bid. I recommend ever Realtor have this book even with the tech of doing this on your phone. It shows a wider variety of options quicker The 4 stars is that I wish it had 1,000 and 10,000 loans as well Sometimes a buyer is reluctant to go up even $1,000 and the loan table would show it’s just a couple dollars a month difference Same with $10,000. Some buyers are in danger of losing their dream house for the price of one pizza a month

Great littles book for you to look up all mortgage payments at what interest rate and how many years to amortize it over.

Unlike many amortization tables, this one starts at 1% interest. It is reflective of the current interest mortgage environment. Outstanding tool.
