What is the difference between this 511 and the usb c charger, anker nano charger piq 3.0?

Spec-wise it seems to be the same. They have the same power input/output and the same Volt/Amp ratings. The 511 seems to only have an updated design and somewhat shorter depth but slightly larger width and height (1.16 × 1.16 × 1.18 inches vs 1.8 x 1.1 x 1.1 inches). Both have PIQ 3.0 with 20W power delivery. It doesn't even advertise the 2nd gen GaN Anker is using for the other new 30W, 45W, and 60W PD charger so all in all it's just a new look. For what it's worth I have both versions of this 20W charger and can't tell a difference in performance.

Will this bad boy charge my device faster than the speed of light?

Almost, but not quite. The charger does use pulsed electromagnetic fields to accelerate charged particles up to 99.99999896% of the speed of light. So either this is a nifty little charger or I'm confusing it with the largest and highest-energy particle accelerator in the world that steers beams of particles on a collision course around a 17-mile ring 300 feet underground straddling the border of Switzerland and France. Actually, it's the charger. Buy thousands of them now!

Can i use this with iPhone 8plus?

yes, you can use this charger to charge iPhone 8plus but you need a usb-c to lightning cable.

How is this for the s22 ultra?

I have an S20+ and it fast charges with a USB-C to USB-C cable :) (Disclaimer: I know nothing about "ultra fast" charging.)
