There are non, the more weight you lift the harder your hand gets, even withe the gloves on, I am a weight lifter and crossfiter, and believe, you hand gets harder even if you use weightlifting gloves

They don’t- and they are very tight fitting, so taking them on and off to use a smartphone frequently, is difficult.

Q: are they good for shooting looking for a cheaper glove with amazing grip

they look okay, but sizes are off by mile. A large is a medium at best. I would say Bionic are a better buy.
