First of many to locals that really help my pain. I love the cream, my husband prefers the spray. We both use this almost daily. The cream has a milder smell than the spray and for me works the best.

This is the worst pain cream I have ever tried. Might as well just rub on some lotion. It has an odd odor to it also...not strong menthol but almost like a stale mint smell. Save your money and get something else.
