I've received 3-4 shipments a month apart n never ran into any issues. Perhaps with the 'PillTreats' u could try tossing a few in a coffee cup or large bowl with a spritz of water n break em up with a fork or try cuttin em in half or so with scissors. Possibly warming them a bit might also soften em up. But yes - my advice - I'd recommend giving the others a try - they're a great value at 90 per bag. My Malawolfs' 90lb n she's been on 2/day - 1 after early breakfast n 1 after 6pm dinner thou they recommend 3 for 100lb. (1 to20lb and 2 from that to 50lb).
