It is from the konjac plant fiber and it exfoliates, remove toxins, and rejuvenate your skin. It helps bring a glow, smoothness to the skin, and removes blackheads . We have been using konjac sponges for a long time and we just got this one delivered and the quality is comparable to the more expensive ones we are used to buying. When I saw these sponges online I couldn't resist buying it as the price seemed so compelling and since the seller had the money back guarantee clause so we decided to give it a try and we are happy that we did.There are 4 sponges in a gift box by Divine Botanic, for the price that you usually pay for one. If you buy these sponges, I recommend it, besides if you don't like it as much as I do, you can always send it back for a full refund. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks fancier in the pictures *by E***. on December 1, 2017* I expected to receive a nice box with these sponges and was a little dismayed to realize the box that they come in does have the floral print, but it’s thinner than a shoebox and won’t really hold up for storage. The sponges do seem to be of decent quality. All have strings attached for drying and a mini suction cup with hook for drying the sponges is also included, which was an excellent touch. I just started using these types of sponges not long ago but they make your skin feel wonderful and smooth! I generally use them to scrub my face either with or without my face wash. I then rinse and hang to dry. I do wish I knew of a way to sterilize these sponges as sponges breed bacteria and that seriously grosses me out. However I think any high-heat method (boiling water/microwave) would ruin the integrity of the sponges. I have a uv cabinet for sterilizing manicure tools and hot stones, I may toss my older konjac sponge in there to see what happens. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Exfoliating sponge *by S***J on October 27, 2016* I have in the past used Loofah's and Sea Sponges and after I have tried Konjac, have become a convert. Both the original konjac sponge and the charcoal work amazingly well for my face! For me The charcoal version helps a lot with blackheads and other annoying skin issues--My face looks so much clear, brighter and healthier after I started using this product.I have also tried the Aveeno exfoliating pads, but the konjac sponge out performs them by A LOT.I will say it honestly, I was skeptical, when my friend told me about Konjac Sponge and after the first time, I thought that can something so soft really exfoliate my skin?After 2-3 uses, I was sold by the affect on my skin.
