So for *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on December 6, 2016* In my opinion the unit does work decent and is made very well. I don't see why it should not last for several years of operation. The only negative that I can say about the unit is it's brightness. I do have the newer LED version and if you are placing other decorations in your yard that need illumination from spot lights or bright string lights they do take away from the "Flurry" effect. You will still see the light being omitted from the projector, but it is very weak and faded no matter how you adjust the system. If you shut down any other spot lights or light sources around the yard then the Flurry projector does a really good job. My wife and I tried for an hour (it''s cold) could not get any respectable effet. Fine didn't work for us maybe it will for someone else so we decided to return it, it cost us $38 at the least expensive rate so added to the cost we initially paid for it this was a very expensive experiment. In the past when I returned things that did not suit me I was never charged return freight and expected the same.
