The French artist, Henri Matisse, has always been a favorite artist mine from the 20th century ever since my grandmother exposed me to his works at the age of 2, leaving me forever entranced in his use of colour when creating his minimalist works of art. Growing up, my grandmother had a set of beautiful floral prints that were replicas of Matisse's originals but were lost to a devastating fire that claimed all her belongings. I have searched far and wide for 5 years in hopes of finding these "vaguely fuzzy blobs of color" prints and have had no luck, until now!These Matisse prints by KIsswen are so beautifully recreated with its vibrant coloring procedures and the sturdy canvas material upon which it is printed on. It's obvious from the first unfurling of a Matisse replica that Kisswen focuses on using high quality materials and techniques to ensure that time does not damage this artistry brilliance with irreparable tears, while maintaining the overall aesthetic of the painting(s). The excellent quality of these reproductions and the alarmingly low price point still baffles me because duplicates of this caliber can run well into the hundreds of dollars, knowing first-hand because I have one of Vincent van Gogh's professionally reproduced that have costs me more than my rent. So, to make the bold statement that Kisswen has reproduced Matisse's work without sacrificing complete artistic integrity, given it's low price point,Attention to detail, in conjunction with the high-quality materials used to recreate Matisse's art, is what makes Kisswen's reproduction methods a step ahead of the competition. Whether purchasing reproductions of paintings or merely fawning over exquisite works of art, "Kisswen" is the first word out of my mouth when dinner guests constantly inquire about the reproduced pieces of art in my living room and where I bought them from. Kisswen has made a loyal follower out of this art afficionado and I look forward to the next set of reproductions released.

Matisse is one my favorite artists of 20th century and was ecstatic tofind his prints in an affordable bunch.It costs me more to frame these than the prints themselves butthese are nice prints and their appearance and appeal is further enhancedwith nice frames. These are 14 x 18 inch prints with borders and fits nicelyinto stock 14 x 18 frames without the use of separate borders.

The quality of these prints is so good. My only complaint is that I had to trim them to fit the frames, and for some reason they wrinkle just a bit behind the glass (maybe due to my trimming job?) Other than that (and in spite of that), I'm still very happy with them.

Very impressed with these canvas prints. The material is sturdy and the image pops on each one. They come securely packaged in a plastic tube, which is very much appreciated. I can tell these will look amazing framed. Definitely recommend.

The width is 14 inches, not 12. Now I have the wrong size frames for these.

The dimensions say that these are 12 x 16 but they are actually 14 x 18? The frames I have for these are no good.

These are well made prints on canvas type paper. With proper framing will be great artwork.

The quality of these prints is okay but they aren’t paper. It’s some kind of fabric or fabric-coated paper. Not sure I’m loving them and may return them. But nice for the price and you get six prints!
