This is my review for Coox 2.5L Premium Stainless Steel Thermal Carafe; I purchased this specific thermal carafe based on the facts stated by the company, First that it is double-wall stainless steel, holds up to 85 oz, and most importantly that it "keeps beverages hot or cold for up to 24 hours". It was delivered on the 21 of October 2016 and to be fair I wanted to give it a true test for 1 week to see how it preformed and if it met my expectations and lived up to the companies claims before I sent in my review.Well sorry to say I am extremely disappointed. The most important feature for me was that it would keep our coffee hot. This carafe after being filled with hot water, allowed to sit with lid secured and closed to preheat carafe until coffee was perked will only keep hot coffee hot for up to 8 hours. I tested this for 7 days and 8 hours is the longest length of time before we have to reheat our coffee in the microwave. It does look nice, brushed stainless steel finish, and yes it is double walled stainless, holds 85 oz of liquid. But this product does not come close to it's claim.Thank you for allowing me to give you my review.

I have returned this item and received my refund from Amazon. I tried contacting Coox with their email address that was provided on their packaging but the email was returned as not deliverable. I was thoroughly dissatisfied with this product. It is advertised to keep beverages hot for 24 hours. What I experienced is it keeps coffee hot for 2 hours, by 4 hours it is luke warm, by 6 hours it is cold (room temperature). I tried preheating with hot water but that had minor impact. If you like your coffee,hot this carafe is not recommended. A big thank you to Amazon for the quick refund.

I rarely write reviews but I was so let down by this product I just have to voice my disappointment. I was sold by the description of keeping beverages HOT for up to 24 hours and unbreakable! So not true. Perhaps it keeps beverages cold but certainly not hot!! I took a fresh pot of HOT coffee poured right from the coffee pot into the carafe and the coffee came out of the carafe tepid after one hour! The next pot I even warmed up the carafe with hot water prior - that time it kept it warm for 2 hours. I loved the size and the "unbreakability." Unless you plan on consuming the hot beverage within the hour, I'd pass on this container.

For my adult students, I provide hot water and they provide their own coffee supplies. This is the perfect thermal pot for transportation. It doesn't leak when it's tipped and the lid lines up with the handle every time! This is smaller in height than most thermal pots but looks are deceiving. This jug holds 2.5L and it stays hot for at least 12 hours.I bought an extra one for my class. One of my students liked it so much that she wanted me to order one for her work.....That's a total of 3 Coox 2.5 Stainless Steel Thermal jugs in 3 months. :)

Great carafe for keeping drinks hot for parties! Haven't used it for cold, but I imagine it will work just as well. The only thing to watch out for is the liquid tends to flow out of the spout in a narrow, kind of forceful stream. Pour with care!

A disappointing purchase. The carafe is large capacity but the liquid inside is not held hot for too long. It is not that useful as a result. Boiling water from a kettle went to lukewarm in about an hour.

After using this thermos for two months, it loses its ability to keep water hot. The entire container exterior wall is hot now after pouring boiling water into it. The water temperature drops as fast as if it is in a regular container.
