Very impressed with this tape. I used it to keep paint off of a flange that was near drywall I was repairing. The flange had gentle curves and the 1/8" tape followed them easily, without wrinkling or stretching. The tape is surprisingly strong and easy to apply. When all of the drywall mud and painting was done it came off effortlessly and left clean paint lines beyond. Very happy with this purchase. I could not have done this with painter's tape.

I use this on my pottery to create cool striping effects when I glaze. It sticks well on bisqued clay, and holds up getting dipped in glaze, with multiple applications. The price point is low enough that I was able to bring it in to one of my classes for my students to use without costing me a lot of out of pocket. It’s thick enough so that I can see where I attached it. I like that it’s easy to remove after glazing and it works very well.

This tape works as well as 3M at a better price point. Buy buy buy

The tape wasn't as playable as I would have liked. On some radiuses the tape edges wouldn't stick properly and allowed paint to bleed under the tape. Even with the 1/16 wide tape. Worked okay on straight or slight radiuses.

After this tape separate from the adhesive when I started to remove from a gas tank. I put this tape in trash. I had to respray everything I used this tape on. Cause when I removed it the adhesive stayed on the tank and just the backing came off. Cost me about $300 in rework. I was so unhappy.

I appreciate it that this includes three different widths. This allowed me to use decreasing sizes on smaller and smaller branches in my painting. This is a different texture than typical large painting tape. Mostly, this is a good thing. In my video you can see the very large sections in which I'm using normal painters tape and then this product as it gets down to the skinnier sections. It goes on smoother and comes off much better without tearing. The one downside of this more durable consistency is that you can't just tear off pieces with your bare hands. You are definitely going to need a pair of scissors. Which can make it a little awkward as you are cutting off each piece and then putting it in place. The plastic divider that it comes with is crucial to keep different rolls tidy and separated.

Adheres well to surface and is flexible to create curves. Removes easily. Best with sprayed paint.
