customTAYLOR33 (All Vehicles Yellow/Gold High Intensity Grade Reflective Copyrighted Safety Rim Tapes (Must Select Your Rim Size), 26" (Rim Size)

For those of you reading this I can only assume that you were in a similar situation to myself, in that you were seeing what your options are going to be for rim tape for your wheels. By now I am sure you found the customTAYLOR tape (obviously) and the 3M roll (with applicator most likely) Now...I cannot speak for the 3M tape so this is not so much a comparison - you will have to consider for yourself what product will fit your needs better...what I can say however; is that this customTAYLOR "tape" (stickers may be more accurate?) is phenomenal. INSTALLATION what installation? the quality pre-cut strips peel easily off of the backing page they ship on. From there - these things pretty much install themselves, all you are required to do is to get them safely from the sheet to the rim. If you have trouble with that then I would question your ability to operate a motorcycle in the first place. These things are pre-cut in curved sections that beautifully (almost like magic) follow the curve of the rim and will make a near perfect circle around the rim. The sections are overlapped by a few milometers and is truly only noticeable upon very close inspection. I watched a few install videos of the 3M tape and was somewhat discouraged by the almost 'wavy' appearance of the application many installers seemed to get. The TAYLOR rim tape makes that impossible. I cannot stress enough that this tape is a breeze to install - I would trust a child to do this...it is that easy. Make sure you clean the rims as per the included instructions and you will have zero issues. PERFORMANCE I have already received numerous compliments from pedestrians and motorists, a bus driver even stopped me at a stop light to ask how my rims were so reflective. These things are HIGH VISIBILITY! for myself, that is key. The easier it is for traffic to see me - the less chance they are going to kill me...The tape performs exactly as advertised and I love it. CONCERNS i've only had the tape on for a few weeks, so the longevity of the product is yet to be seen. That said - I have absolutely no reason to believe there will be any issues. The strips are well made and the adhesive was great. I do not expect these to be coming off on their own accord anytime soon. CONCLUSION So why should you buy this tape over the others out there? Number one for me was installation. It was a cake walk and took me 10 minutes at the most (not included rim cleaning time as mine were a mess!) I didn't have to worry about a wheel stand or anything to allow me to rotate the wheel as I applied - i just rolled the bike when i couldn't access the area of the rim I needed and it worked great. Second reason for me was the reflectivity. A friend of mine has the 3M tape (in blue) and my yellow TAYLOR strips are way brighter than his. If that is something that is hugely key for you then that alone should be worth the extra few bucks these cost over the 3M. I would recommend this quality product to anyone and would definitely pick up another set if I am ever in the market again.

Works GREAT. Gorgeous look, reflects a lot, feels like good quality, and sticks well on a clean rim. I'd definitely buy more! I got gold tape for the blue rims on my R7. Great color combo. Good price, too.

arrived quickly, product as advertised, easy to install, looks good

Tricky to put on. You need to overlap but can as they have right amount for each tire. I was super careful and ended up with two extra from front. Overlap about pinkie width and should be good on 17 sport rims. Will update after a few rides but seem to be holding. Highly doubtful on long life as glue is OK but not great. Would have preferred an interlocking pattern so easier to join. Color is more gold than yellow but maybe at night gets more yellow.

This is a special kind of product. I have been using wheel tape on a series of road bikes over the last fifteen years or so and always tried to find the best reflective surface, something like the Scotchbrite on my jacket is, but until now none had ever really delivered that kind of punch. Replace the tape you have now with this stuff! I am simply amazed at how well these reflect and magnify the intensity of direct light. It is the best wheel tape on the market, I believe, having tried many other brands These employ something that resembles road sign technology, a series of tiny dots. If you ride at night, of course you will never see how it looks, but just knowing a car that might not have seen you or even a pedestrian, and that a life could be saved here makes the price seem very paltry. I run in daylight myself but still love how it dresses my bike up in conjunction with my trim of lines on the fairing.

Bought for CBR500R ABS Black Came on time with amazon prime. Package comprises of 16 rim tapes on a sheet of paper and an instruction sheet. They suggested dry install, which is simply wiping the dust and dirt of the rim off with rubbing alcohol and applying the tapes one by one. Did exactly. Came out super duper. Nothing to worry about. There was an extra tape in case of a silly mistake. Tips : Get a stand for the rear : Even though it is fairly simple to apply with out stand, it makes it so easy. Make sure you do two things when you over lap. 1. Remember that the tyre rotates clock wise, so apply overlaps in such a way that it wont peel off easily with rotation. 2. Put some extra effort in aligning the ends so that it would look decent from close range as well. Do not waste the extra tape, It is premium reflective and use it on your shoe or helmet or wherever.. A word to the manufacturer : If you could make this like a full reel instead of 4 tapes for single side, it would be much more easier to apply it and it would look even hotter. Also looking forward for more designs

This item is great for bicycles e bikes.Maybe scooters, but that light rain on your wheels is wanted to cheapest.Best safety features you can add🚲👍

Maybe I got a bad set or something, but the adhesive on the set I got is sorely lacking. I’ve vinyl wrapped my bike so I know how to do proper prep: cleaned my wheels twice immediately before applying (90% isopropyl alcohol and microfiber cloths, adequate dry time), but one strip didn’t stick at all, and the ones that did go on have shown bubbles and other signs they aren’t gonna last long. Visibility is alright. Not as dramatic as photos show, but certainly better than nothing.

Looks awesome. Took me honestly like 15 min max. Really cheap way to add a sick look to bike and to stay safe lol definitely recommend why not

Brightness is on par with the reflectors. Suits 12" rims very well.

Works exactly as advertised. It reflects light from a light source back in the same direction. They looked good and bright to me from 20m away with one of those led lights that cyclists wear on their head. Pictures are taken with standard led flash of my phone camera.
