Strong stuff! It did give me a stitch, however, I think that is a me problem, rather than product problem. 100% good if on a long run. Caffeine can be a little strong, so make sure you're not using it on a heavy stomach. Apple taste is quite nice, a bit sour and punchy but nice and wakes you up mid exercise.

The apple flavour is not for me but that’s purely a personal preference. The product is great and I survived a 200 mile cycle in a day without flagging using them alongside nutrition bars and bananas. Would recommend.

Used these for XC trail event which had over a 1000ft of climbing they seemed to help also they taste good not bad aftertaste and didn't cause any stomach issues.

Easy to eat on the bike and is like rocket fuel - gives you a great energy boost. I was 50 miles into a 70 mile ride and didn’t fuel properly. I hit the wall completely a friend handed me one of his And within 20 mins I was back to the front of the group. It was amazing. I’ll never use anything else again. Texture not too thick and not too thin. These are highly effective energy gels. I also used on my most recent half marathon and it was brilliant to use every 30mins due to the carbs. Loved them.

These need the caffeine content clearly labelled on the front of the packet. They're the quickest and most violently acting laxative I've ever had. 3 days later and my stomach is still sore, and needless to say my run was ruined. Also taste disgusting

Luego lees las recomendaciones y solo te puedes tomar unbo de estos al día. Pues chico, no sé qué decir. Sé que puedo comprar otros que pueda combinar pero, ciertamente, es algo confuso. Por lo demás y junto a Crown, PARA MI SON LOS MEJORES.
