Love the apple flavour but it's an acquired taste.

Great product
The apple flavour is not for me but that’s purely a personal preference. The product is great and I survived a 200 mile cycle in a day without flagging using them alongside nutrition bars and bananas. Would recommend.

Jury is Still Out but Might be Me!
I have never used gels before and find that at about mile 8/9 I need a lift sometimes. I trialled them on my half marathon local run and was shocked at the sweetness of them. I know that it is probably me and I'll be honest combined with the sweetness, flavour and consistency, I was almost sick. Again, though I think that is just that I have never tried them before. My biggest worry is always the effect on my stomach as it is a bit sensitive but they didn't seem to have a negative effect. I struggled to take it all in one go so had to sort of sip it along the way. Did give me more energy but need to get used to them. Not sure I like the flavour particularly so might look at a different flavour!

Not for me. These gels make me incredibly nauseous. I know it’s an individual thing. The sis electrolyte ones sit better in my stomach.

Holy moly - If you want to jog up a mountain this is the stuff
Took a box of these up a mountain for a group of us.The flavour - Its like drinking concentrated lime cordial, with a dash of paint thinner not entirely unpleasant, but you're never gonna wanna have one for the flavourTexture - Its a bit gloopy, but its the perfect consistency to get it down without feeling slimey or sticky, definitely no room for imrpovementBoost - Yep, its not itchy eyeballs overpowering and not heart thumping too much coffee worrying, just the right amount of energy boost to keep you going and it lasts a good while, a nice combination of lets go now and lets keep going.
