Good at noise reduction, but not comfortable for long duration use, also not comfortable for sleep use due to design.

Used this in a shooting range and it definitely made a big difference

bought it for using while working and reading in noisy places and tried to use it while sleeping as well. Although it is not comfy for sleeping, in case you are in a noisy place, it blacks out most of the annoying sounds so you can fall asleep.
