Is it possible to mount wheels to the legs?

This is not the actual stan itself. This is just the Arm. But wheels can no be attached to this stan either

I am looking for a decent budget stand for this boom any recommendations?

I used this Neewer Pro 9 feet/260cm Aluminum Alloy Photo Studio Light Stands on Amazon. It is stable enough.

What is the weight capacity, i.e. how heavy of equipment can this boom arm hold?

I have used it with an SK400 with a 80x80 softbox w/grid, and it kinds of hits the limit, I wouldn't try something heavier than that.
