I'm a senior woman in good health and I bought these to use instead of Physician's Choice Digestive Enzymes. They worked, but left me with gas every time I took them. This one is perfect. I take it about 1/2 hour before eating a small mael & it helps me digest even chicken perfectly. My mood seems and sleep is better too.

This is a great product, a little large but very easy to swallow. I do feel better since taking these and will continue.

Works as well as my prescription mood booster with fewer side effects, but unfortunately it’s more expensive because I have a prescription insurance to cover prescriptions… so I can’t really afford it

This product really helped with anxiety and depression (which was most likely caused by depleted gut microbiome due to overdose of antibiotics for ear infection). However, I used it long term and it led to increase in rheumatoid factor which I discovered after I started having joint pain and stiffness early in the morning. It took me a while to figure out that this supplement was causing it. So be careful and don't ignore any symptoms you have upon taking this probiotic. I still take it sometimes as no other thing has helped me more with my mental health but I am very careful about not overusing it!

Fantastic everyone should try them. Felt the effects on a couple of weeks, easy to swallow no hard smells and I do feel better. As they have ashawanda they are not recommended during pregnancy, that’s the only reason I haven’t taken them lately.
