I wear xl, but most knits do not fit over the year's. does this hat fit the larger xl's?

I'm 6 3" 245 I purchased one of the knits and it fits great. Unfortunately, when I received the merchandise some of the knitted (threads) were damaged.

why does it say prime but then says 4.99 shipping?

Sometimes it is the item you purchase that doesn't qualify for prime free shipping.

The beanie I have says it was made in China.
