These milk thistle supplements are really good. They don't taste too strong, at least not to me. The pills are a standard size for capsules; a little large if you have a sensitive gag reflex like mine, but if taken just after food, they're perfectly manageable.Milk thistle is meant to be good for detoxing the body and caring for the liver. All of that is too far inside me to test at home, but I feel pretty good.And for a pack of 60, I don't think you can beat the price.Recommended.

This is manufactured and made in the U.K., so you can also rest assured that all is safe when consuming too! Each serving dishes out a whopping 500mg of milk thistle which is a great touch and probably one of the best I’ve seen for this current price bracket. It’s a plant based item, so anybody can take as expected for this product. Everything seems top quality, nicely branded with clear ingredients and directions for use. Love it!

I've been taken thistle milk for a while and the benefits are enormous.These causals are easy to swallow and don't have any after taste.They come packaged in a cardboard box and round the. It did take my a while to pull the plastic seal off the tub so I could open the lid, but once I got it to release a bit it came off.

Milk Thistle is one of the 7 supplements I take daily for my Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). Healing a fatty liver is very slow going, I had an issue with Paracetamol and Lansoprazole, cutting out the former completely and changing the latter to Omeprazole helped a lot but my levels were still way too high and refusing to budge anymore. NAFLD isn't treated on the NHS, they only monitor it with regular blood tests and scans when necessary. I got a book from Amazon at the end of 2017 about how to heal a fatty liver and have been taking these supplements since the beginning of 2018 every day ever since then. I don't actually feel any better but my bloodwork has improved massively since taking them and my doctor has told me that it is working so to carry on doing what I'm doing.Milk Thistle is also a good hang-over cure, but you are best off taking them before as well as after over-indulging, so my husband will take a few periodically as well.This is a cute little tub that is full to the brim with capsules. They are tasteless and odourless and easy to swallow. You take 2 a day, so the tub will last for 30 days if you take them every day, but longer if you only want them as a hangover cure (maybe, lol).
