I was excited to get it. Hooked everything. Powered it with the remote. Came on for 5 minutes but nothing on the screen. Then went dead. No lights on display no nothing. UPDATE: changing my reviews to 5 stars. Customer service contacted me and they sent me replacement that works really good for what i need. I like the fact that my usb drive worked really good for recording. Great customer service. I would buy fron them again.

I brought this for a family member. He loved it, great product.

This converter box was purchased to replace an older Zenith that still worked but had intermittent problems. I set up the new box per instructions. Box would light up, but not connect with TV. TV would show "No Signal" message. I tried both the RF cables and HDMI cables included but no success. Switched back to my old Zenith and TV received signal. Product was returned to Amazon for credit.
