Love this product
It definitely curbs your appetite. And leaves you feeling fuller longer. And when it’s time to eat. It doesn’t allow you to just grub.. Definitely a 5 Star in my books

Similar products out there for way less.
I just think I’m paying for the brand. I don’t feel this product really works as it’s chalk up to. I’ve been using for some time and do not think it’s helping my nails or hair let alone blocking any carbs! I’m going to research more in other brands that aren’t so expensive.

Waste of time and money
I have bought several of these products in the past hoping that I was going to lose weight. I actually exercise and I do watch what I eat. I don’t eat any junk food so this should’ve worked for me and it just didn’t and any of the other products that I used didn’t work for me either so I do not recommend this product. I know a lot of people on the reviews, say it works, but I find that it does not.
