Technical Specifications Review: Excellent quality grill - I bought this to replace the rusty cart we had for years on wheels. I built a bench for it to sit on and so this is perfect for our garden. The grill looks fantastic with very useful temperature gauge and holds around 6 decent sized burgers at a time. Lighting it for the first time on a very bright day I thought it wasn't lit but what happens is a large flame goes up the burner and when you release it there's a smaller blue flame there in its place. Cooking is very easy and due to the stainless surface and removable bottom tray it's very easy to clean. The build quality is excellent and so it should last years. Not fully stainless steal due to the sides are powder coated steel of some sort, but 90% of it is stainless steel. Will the barbecue work with this or can it only work with propane?** A: I believe that it will work perfectly well with butane, but you might have to change the fitting as i think that the propane fitting on the BBQ will not match the butane fitting on the bottle. But an ordinary supermarket chicken would fit **Q: Will this work with Coleman C500 cartiges?** A: Nope, First those C500 Coleman cartridges contain a mixed gas composed of propane and butane. whereas this BBQ is for propane. Second, those cartridges are made with a special thread to attach directly to certain Coleman lanterns and stoves usually without a hose.
