Review: My Grandson LOVES this! - This trike has been the best purchase I’ve made for my 2 year old grandson! It’s his favorite toy. In the few months that we’ve had it he’s learned to use the peddles well but was able to push it along easily with his feet before. I’m actually leaving this because I’m purchasing a second one so we can have one outside and one in the house. It’s the perfect size for him. He’s a 100%tile 2 going on three in August toddler. He’s all boy and LOVES this “My Bike” and at 44$ is a good price because I paid 64$ for the first one. He helped me put it together. Took us under 30 minutes. The plastic and color has held up well outside in sun and rain. We’ve forgotten to put it up a few times so it was rained on. The stickers do not though -if they get wet. He’s able to do “doughnuts” on it so it turns well. There are no sound buttons, but he doesn’t like toys with sound. The concrete does scuff up the wheels but that’s needed for traction. He can peddle it wheel in the grass too. I would say this is a great size for 2-5 year old. I think he will outgrown it in height by then.

**Q: I am trying to assemble it. On step 5, when i am trying to tap the wheel cap with hammer, it is not fitting in. Please help.**
A: What they said about having the wheels all down and if you're by yourself, I found if you drive your knee into the side that has a cap and then put the cap in place on the other side and hammer with the other hand, you can get the rod to stay enough to get the cap on. I managed to do it by myself after coming here for advice and not having anyone else to help.

**Q: how tall does a toddler need to be? I've only seen ones my toddlers 34 inch tall total can't reach petals and roll thier feet and ankels under back**
A: My grandson is 36" and can't reach the pedals.  If day they have to be at least 3.5' tall.

**Q: Will this work for a 3 year old or is it more for younger kids?**
A: This should be a bike for 3-4 years - Not really for 2-5 as mentioned in the package. My relatively tall 27 month old still cannot reach the pedals.

This Hot Wheels tricycle is absolutely adorable! The colors are so bright and fun, and the overall look is perfect for little kids. It feels very durable and well-made — definitely built to last. The ride is smooth and easy to handle, giving great rideability for toddlers who are just learning. My four-year-old is just starting to reach the pedals, and he loves the hidden compartment under the yellow seat for storing small toys. Excellent quality and a great design!
