I got the unscented one. And I use it with a full body suna suit, (worked out for 1hr). It worked so fast. With in 15 mins of my workout i felt the dripping. I love that there is no burning happening just sweating. It helps my suna suite cling to my body way better. And it targets the places I really want that extra sweat. Anywhere I placed this product there was extra sweating happening. So if your wondering it just the suna suit no. I am working out indoors in a none hot place.
