Best fan i have ever used. I order with a risk of performance but when i used it, it is the best fans. Air performance is so good reaches the every corner of room. Also we use mostly at no.3 speed. Less voice but more air.

I don't find the speed of fan to be that powerful. I'm yet to see it's efficiency in summers. The way fans starts at begining is very weird. Sometime it looks like it's broken or something but I haven't used bldc earlier so can't say for sure if that's how they generally start. I wanted this design that's why I went with this price point. If you are someone who is not looking for asthetics you should go for other cheaper alternatives

This one is actually very silent. you don’t realise it’s on sometimes. air delivery is also good, not just looks. remote is easy to use 🔥

Worst product… I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the after-sales service from Havells. To begin with, despite waiting for more than 10 days after delivery, no technician came for installation. After repeated calls and no response from Havells, I had no option but to hire a local mechanic to install the fan at my own expense. Now, the fan is making an abnormal noise. I have again contacted Havells customer support, but I am still waiting for any response. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I purchased a Havells product expecting quality and reliable customer support, but my experience has been the exact opposite. The poor service and the defective product have left me completely dissatisfied. I truly regret purchasing this product and would not recommend Havells to anyone unless they significantly improve their customer service and product quality.
