How do the Element 26 6mm Knee Sleeves for weightlifting compare to 7mm or 5mm Knee Sleeves?

6mm knee sleeves offer the perfect balance of compression and support that you get from a bulky and thick 7mm knee sleeve while still giving you the mobility and range of motion you get from less supportive 5mm knee sleeves.

How do I wash the Element 26 Knee 6mm Sleeves?

Wash them by hand in warm water with standard clothing detergent or soap. Then rinse the knee sleeves and allow to air dry. You can also place them in the washer machine, use a gentle cycle and cold water. Then proceed to let them air dry.

Why Type of Lifts and Training are the 6mm Sleeves best for?

The 6mm Knee Sleeves are extremely versitile and optimized for everything from Squats, Powerlifting, Weightlifting, CrossFitting, Functional Fitness, or any leg workouts where knee support and stability is important while maintaining mobility.

How long do the Element 26 6mm Knee Sleeves last?

The Element 26 Knee Sleeves are designed to last for hundreds of workouts and many years of use without loosing their compression or performance. The heavily reinforced seams are designed not to tear, even under high repetitions and heavy use.

What size knee sleeve do I need?

Measure 4 inches above the knee cap and refer to the sizing chart in the images. The fit should be comfortable without cutting off circulation to the leg but tight enough that they do not slide during exercises.
