## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does the shoulder strap remove**
A: No it's attached that is the only issue with the bag but it's still so worth it. I just let the strap hang it's not too bad. I've received lots of compliments on this bag and it's made very well.

**Q: Does this purse hold up over time?**
A: Dear Customer,
The bag is made of quality vegan leather and the accents, chain strap are very sturdy. Its crosshatch texture is stain-resistant. Hope this could help. If any questions or problems, please feel free to contact us by email.

**Q: Is the metal strap sturdy? I do not want it to break.**
A: Yes it is sturdy but the purse is very stiff. I have to remove half of my stuff just to get to my wallet. Or if a card dropped to the bottom. Very very stiff.

**Q: where was it manufactured?**
A: I can tell you it was not made in the USA.
