Planted these under grow lights in plugs with domed planting trays.  Nothing grew.  After a month I tried again by soaking the seeds overnight, only planting the ones that sank, using both plugs and special moss mix, putting them on a heating mat, and again under lights in domed containers.  It is now mid April, and I have yet to see one seed sprout.

The seeds germinated just fine. However, they were not the double impatiens in the photo. They were a single balsam variety, with an odd growth habit.
