My father, a medical doctor, had a weight problem in his 40's so he changed his eating habits. He went from living to eat to eating to live. He lost the extra pounds and died at age 92. I wish I had his resolve. It is much better to eat to live. He developed diabetes in his later years (80+/-) and his doctor told him he could only eat 20 grapes a day due to his sugar. He loved grapes, so every morning he would take a bowl and count out 20 grapes and every time he walked by his grapes, he would take one. Now that's discipline. He always ate his last grape just before bed.

I’ve been using Smart Balance crunchy PB for years. I cannot find in Save- On grocery stores here in SoCal so I order here on Amazon and get consistent product. This time instead of 2 small jars I purchased one big container but I know I’ll consume it so not a problem. This container had ALL chopped peanuts from top to bottom! I tried to mix as I normally do! Not for this container! It was awesome to eat peanuts on a cinnamon raisin bagel this morning! I look forward to peanut butter cookies with this nutty peanut butter!
