The price is great for the quantity you get. Good enough for applying/spreading glue or grease or cleaning small things. They aren't the highest quality - but they are basically "disposable". The bristles will come out pretty easily if you're anything but gentle with them, but as some others have mentioned, you can crimp the end that holds them tighter than they come with some pliers, a vise, or a good whack with a hammer. The handles are also pretty flimsy, you can bend or squash them pretty easily, but again, disposable.
