I am size 14, are they going to be big enough?

My husband is a 12 and they fitted nicely. Just make sure you choose the 12-14 option

I have size 10 feet should I get the 12-14?

They may be a bit lose - I prefer a “snug” fit.

Is there silicone strip in back

Yes there are - I find them very comfortable and easy to wear. I use them with trainers and they give the “no sock” perfectly. Would buy again as they also wash well at either 30 or 40 degrees.

I am a size 9. How do I know whether to get the 5-9 or 9-13?

I have a very board foot so I went for 9-13 I found these perfect plenty of room not to loose think a lot depends on how wide your feet are
