Selector switch faulty after 1 day about an hour and certainly not being abused , looks like it will be going back for replacement , upgraded to 5 stars as the replacement is excellent this drill / chaser is a great piece of equipment very powerful for an 18volt I’ve actually cut small cores out with this tool 50mm diameter and wow ate through block and brick obviously use a good grade core cutter bit , I can highly recommend this also there’s not much vibration as this drill incorporates a damper type function almost like a shock absorber so less fatigue, works for ages on Makita 5 ah batteries.
