We were replacing a very old Dell. The features were perfect for my husband's needs.Set up was easy and smooth. And he was using it like a pro right away.Only note: The SD card reader does not click in and does not "pop" out. Not a big deal, but different.

So far so good! I use it for work. Gets the job done, and didn’t cost a fortune! Nothing to complain about. Was delivered within two days, and came in intact! No lag time when turning on. Easy to setup ( did take about 24 hours to update) I always have it charging, so really not sure if the battery lasts.

This computer does not have a touch screen I don't know why it says that it does because it does Not , which is fine with me as I did not want one. I do however like this machine it works Great. I would definitely recommend it. I have not used the fingerprint reader. It is a fast running well working pc.

Love touch screen and it's quality

Too many preloadedToo apps, to many tracking apps like google and extremely slow start up. Hate the side number board. Needed a 17 inch with a disc drive so I'm stuck with this. This replaces a 15" HP. Connected well with my HP all and one printer. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR SLOW START UP. Do not recommend.

I'm a writer but I play a few games too. This computer has plenty of storage, moves quickly, and is easy to use. I'm enjoying using it and hope to get several years of use out of it

peace of junk, kept losing WIFI, had to keep restoring it to reconnect loose all my programs also froze up and wouldn't do any thing had to turn off power, crashed gave it every chance before returning it but I could no see keeping it nd loose over $600
