Excellent product
I used this to adhere meringue mushrooms to fondant. It worked great. Just a tiny bit needed to mix up a good amount of adhesive.

Really Did the Job!
I used the CMC powder to thicken my Fondant pieces: Teacup, Tea Cup Saucer, Baby, Blanket and free-standing Fondant Cake Collar that I designed. I have only used Tylose powder in the past and prefered this product much more. All pieces were allowed to dry for weeks to make sure they were strong enough & they were even with a fair amount of handling & transporting.

Great for adding to fondant
This is great additive to fondant. I use a pinch in a ball of fondant (fondant ball about half the size of my fist) and work it through. Then roll out fondant onto pastry sheet, marble board or any surface suitable for rolling fondant. I was able to use 1/2" fondant cutters easily, including small letters. It did not change the taste and the tiny shapes held up well.

Read the fine print. This is a small amount of CMC.
Product is fine. I should have compared the weight to other packages. So be aware that this is a letter size envelope of CMC powder.
