I wet them with warm water, and the dry them with a paper towel, and the cotton doesn't come off, and I can safely clean out my ears. They do exactly as they say, and they're very, very cheap too! Aside from that, what else can I say? Well, they're cotton swabs, so as long as they get the job done and don't leave your ears full of cotton, then it's an A+ in my book!
