Quality SWR/Power meter for the value.
It works as advertised. This item was well packaged. The screen is readable. Figuring out the menu took me some time. Tested with all my handheld radios and it worked fine and was accurate. When you attach to handheld vhf/uhf radios you will need to purchase the appropriate adapters if you do not have them.. You will also want to have a dummy load if you do not have a vhf/uhf antenna. I am satisfied with the performance. Keep in mind this is not an expensive meter and not precise to the nth degree. Precise enough for everyday use and value.

Easy to use and accurate great price!!
I had fun using this digital SWR and power meter. It’s accurate as I tested the measurements against another meter resulting in almost identical results. I love that it has the digital display so I’m not guessing trying to see the needle like they have on a lot of other meters. It comes with very straightforward instructions that make it easy to use. It’s important that you check the frequency it measures before you buy it. If your antenna doesn’t fall within the parameters of the meter, you won’t be able to measure rhe SWR of your antenna. They have several different meters with various frequencies. They’ve made it quite easy to connect your antenna and radio. This helped me fine tune my antenna so I can make more contacts with my hand held radio. This is great for checking an antenna when I’m away from home since it’s small enough to be portable. I continue to use it to check my homemade antennas as well as antennas that I purchased.

Works well for what it is. Would buy again.
Update after 6 weeks: Still works perfectly after 25+ tests and I have not yet needed to recharge the battery. It is still going on the charge that it came with out of the box. So far so good. Works well and results are repeatable if you are careful about how you hold it and where you test. I got away from computers, cell phones, and any known EMI sources and got better results on all nine antennas I tested. The meter identified one antenna that had <20.0 SWR. Obviously a dead short and could have fried my radio. I hadn't used that antenna in a while and I'm really glad I didn't decide to grab it off the bench and use it. I made a spreadsheet with the power and SWR readings so I can compare those measurements to future measurements. Also, Amazon sells a 6"x6" aluminum plate for under $7 that works perfectly as a ground plate (you get two plates for that price, actually). I was able to cut the holes and mounted it to the meter exactly like the plate that used to ship with the meter. Took 10 minutes to make the ground plate. For the money, and realizing this is not scientifically accurate, this is a good meter for comparing antennas against others or checking their performance over time.

Very Good Value
I took delivery on this meter today and am so pleased with it I couldn't wait to post my opinion. First ...it's in a metal case, not cheaply made, feels solid with some weight to it. NOT plastic. I'm not crazy about the colored buttons but, I can live with it. I used it to test a dual band mobile and it appears to be accurate. Frequency readout IS accurate and SWR and Power are in the expected range. I'll know more as time goes on but, am very happy with the quality and price. I expected to supply a battery for it but, it comes with battery installed and a USB charging cable and AC adapter for charging via computer or 120v AC. Longevity and battery life yet to be determined but, we're off to a good start. Delivery time was quick as usual with Amazon.

Highly Recommend!
I purchased this for simple testing of the signal power of my radios and to obtain occasional SWR readings with different antennas. However, I have also used it to tune an antenna that was causing higher SWR readings. Great meter, especially for someone new to GMRS radios. Learned about the meter after watching YouTube videos and talking with friends. Glad I purchased the meter! It is easy to use and understand. Highly recommend!

bien pratique pour un controle rapide
appareil bien lisible , facile d'emplois , peut être recalibré , bon produit . un peut chère pour les fonctions qu'il possède . mais beaucoup moins fragile qu'un appareil a aiguille
