I bought this wok and the deep frying pan. I really like both of them. They work like charm whether you want to deep fry, r stir fry or simply use for any daily cooking.

Returning the product In summary. 1. rough surface, with bumps of metal protounding 2. signifcant scratches back 3. brand was different than advertised (ES Lite pan was ordered, but Menjo was pan delivered) 4. Poor packaging. The price was much higher than other pans, but it's quality is worse than cheap pans.

In the past, I've purchased cheaper no stick pans only to find them warping from the heat or easily scratched. I've only had this pan one week but can already tell it's much heavier and easier to clean. I love the handle/lid material because it's a nice color and not slippery. More like a rubber feel to it. This seems like a good investment. Now my daughter and I can cook eggs much easier than on our All-Clad pans (which are expensive and so finicky to use because everything sticks if you don't get the exact right oil temperature). My husband asked us to stop using the All-Clad pans for eggs because they would stick so badly so I found this great solution.

I received my set of 3 pans with lids and loved the look of it immediately! One of the lids was missing the hardware to put the handle on it, so I emailed the company through Amazon. Within 2 days I had a reply and within a week, I had received a brand new 8" pan with a lid and hardware as well as the hardware for the other one! Their customer service is top notch!

Excellent product. It's large enough, it's sturdy and clean up's a breeze. It's my favorite go to pan after the deep frying pan I bought a couple of years ago. I love the brand.
