Update 6/12/17:I bought a second! I bought the ivory one and it is STUNNING. Those that are complaining that it's too small aren't thoroughly reading reviews. I'm normally a medium/large. I got an XL in the ivory and it JUST fit and the 2XL in black is sometimes too big. My sister-in-law, who is a Large said the 2XL that I let her borrow fit nicely. Do your research via reviews before purchasing, people. It's not this company's fault.October 2016:The reviews are all true!!! Shocking, I know. This corset is a RARE find on a site filled with falsities.I received it the exact day I was informed I would and everything is perfect. Being overly excited, I flopped backwards onto my bed in attempts to follow others' instructions (it's easiest to put it on lying down). But, oddly, I found it fit strange! And then I began to laugh at myself. I'd put the corset on upside down in my excitement. Meanwhile, my fiance was downstairs, calling "Can I come up NOOOOW?!" like a child asking if they could open their presents yet on Christmas morning.Finally, I managed to get it on. I also can't wait to order a few more...for pure fun.My only problem is that, while I order a XXL (2XL) like sizing says and the comments said, I should've only ordered an XL. I'll know this for next time. Also-the g-string was swiftly placed in the trash as it was HUGE on me.In case anyone my size needs assistance in figuring out what to order, here is my sizing: 32/34 C/D (depends on the bra company), size Medium in shirts, size 10 in dresses.Good luck and don't hesitate to buy this corset!!!

ordered for a halloween costume and i was definitely worried about the sizing on this corset so i made sure to triple check on the measurements. i got the 4XL and it fit perfectly! the material is not stretchy at all but the straps are very adjustable so you can tighten or loosen it. the only issue i have is if you have bigger boobs, they may sit a little awkwardly once the corset is all tightened up, otherwise everything else was great :)

I really liked the vintage look of this renaissance corset top. The design is eye-catching, and it has a nice style that works well for costumes, parties, photos, or dressing up. The details and overall shape are pretty, and it definitely gives an outfit a more unique look.However, I was a little disappointed with the fit and material. The fabric feels thinner than I expected, and the corset structure doesn’t feel as supportive or high quality as it looks in the pictures. The sizing is also a little tricky, so I recommend checking the measurements carefully before ordering. It’s a cute fashion piece, but it feels more like a costume top than an everyday corset.

The material is great quality. I don’t think it is true to size. I am normally a small, and I would think that this would be able to be closed in the back on me but not at all. I returned the small and got a medium and I still have to loosen the back ribbons to where the fabric in the back doesn’t meet eachother (just barely but still) so I would definitely size up atleast 1 size. It is a very pretty design on the fabric. Metal clasps in front are honestly so hard to get clasped. Do not plan on taking this bad boy off after you’ve finally gotten it on. It’s a shame how hard it is to get on, because it is beautiful. The boning seems to be of good quality.

Bought the corset for a Pennywise costume. It arrived a week earlier than it was supposed to and it fit my daughter perfectly. The clasps on the front are a little challenging to close, but we loosened up the back and that made it easier. I definitely recommend this if you are looking for a corset for any costume.

Material feels nice, the front laces got in the way. the size chart seems to be the final result and not your unsupported measurements. I'm 45.5" bust and 42" waist, the exact 5xl measurements. I expected it to lace tighter, but that was it's smallest size. It was pretty loose, even laced as tight as possible. trying 4 and 3 xl to see which fits best. Suggest estimating how much squeeze you want and can tolerate and size down accordingly.EDIT: I ended up being a 3xl with a 37" waist when laced. Bust measurements didn't change, left V in back lacing to accommodate bust which is the proper method.

I absolutely love this corset top! It arrived within a week instead of the expect 1.5 month long wait which was a very pleasant surprise. The quality is amazing especially for the price and through following the size chart, my corset fits me perfectly. Overall a really good purchase and I've already ordered another one in a different colour!
