I have two sets (I have them set up so I can use them as separate stations) and they have not budged, unlike others I’ve had that snapped quickly. They offer fantastic resistance so you can vary your workouts. My fitness has increased significantly since I started working with these, they are way lower impact than weights with similar (if not better) results, and you can throw them in a suitcase. Highly recommend. Review: One snapped after 3rd use - The long bands seem sturdy, but one of the thinner bands broke after the 3rd time using it. ## Features - Durable & High-Quality: Crafted from premium natural latex, VEICK resistance bands offer exceptional wear resistance and withstand extreme tension without snapping. The anti-slip, leather-textured interior ensures a secure grip, letting you train harder with confidence—free from tears, wear, or worry - Ideal for Stretching & Warm-Ups: Perfect for relieving stiff muscles pre-workout or soothing soreness post-session. Use these bands to enhance flexibility before deadlifts, squats, or mobility drills, thanks to their tear-resistant latex and steady tension control - Multi-Functional Training: From strength training and assisted pull-ups to basketball agility drills, these stretch bands target every muscle group—arms, back, legs, and more. Their versatile design adapts to warm-ups, resistance boosts, or rehabilitation exercises - Perfect for Home & Gym: Whether you’re mastering pull-ups at home or adding resistance to squats in the gym, these pull up assist bands offer adjustable support. Combine multiple bands or adjust slack to customize difficulty levels effortlessly - Multiple combinations: The package includes 5 pull up bands, and each color has different resistance and width for different purposes. The amount of these workout bands can be adjusted by giving more or less slack on the band, as well as by combining multiple weighted bands to increase the challenge ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CL6T77DB | | Additional Features | Adjustable, Stackable | | Best Sellers Rank | #27,891 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #300 in Resistance Bands | | Brand | VEICK | | Brand Name | VEICK | | Color | Blue | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 11 Reviews | | Included Components | 5 Pull Up Bands, 1 Instruction Manual, 1 Carrying Bag | | Item Weight | 2.4 pounds | | Manufacturer | VEICK | | Manufacturer Part Number | VK-PUB5+5 | | Material | Natural Rubber | | Material Type | Natural Rubber | | Model Number | VK-PUB5+5 | | Number of Resistance Levels | 5 | | Recommended Uses For Product | Daily Stretching, Rehabilitation, Workout | | Sport | Body Building, Exercise & Fitness, Strength Training | | Sport Type | Body Building, Exercise & Fitness, Strength Training | | Style Name | Pull Up | | Tension Supported | Extra Light, Light, Medium, Heavy, Extra Heavy | ## Product Details - **Brand:** VEICK - **Color:** Colorful Set of 4 + Pilates Bar - **Item Weight:** 5.5 pounds - **Material:** Natural Rubber - **Sport:** Body Building ## Images ![VEICK Pull Up Assistance Bands, Resistance Bands for Working Out & Exercise - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61iz8W75NBL.jpg) ![VEICK Pull Up Assistance Bands, Resistance Bands for Working Out & Exercise - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61ZNIjGYD4L.jpg) ![VEICK Pull Up Assistance Bands, Resistance Bands for Working Out & Exercise - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/7193Pq7Sl+L.jpg) ![VEICK Pull Up Assistance Bands, Resistance Bands for Working Out & Exercise - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61MwnnIn8XL.jpg) ![VEICK Pull Up Assistance Bands, Resistance Bands for Working Out & Exercise - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/611Ot4FiOHL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: How anti-slip is this resistance band?** A: The VEICK pull up bands feature an anti-slip leather-textured interior on the inner side. Compared to ordinary smooth surfaces, this design provides better grip against pants or skin. **Q: Does these resistance bands roll up during squats or deadlifts?** A: During high-movement exercises such as squats, deadlifts, or hip thrusts, these resistance bands for working out are less likely to roll up or slip. **Q: Are they beginner-friendly?** A: Yes, the lightest band is for rehab/warm-ups, and the darkest is for heavy assistance or added squat resistance. Beginners can start with Level 1–2 for flexibility and foundational strength, then stack multiple bands for higher intensity. **Q: Do multiple bands feel too tight or hard to secure when stacked?** A: You can combine 2–3 different levels to achieve a total resistance similar to a heavier band, but with finer adjustability. You can also adjust your grip or foot position to fine-tune difficulty for specific exercises. **Q: Can I use these bands for basketball agility drills and rehab stretching, not just strength training?** A: Yes. They are also designed for basketball agility drills, lateral movement exercises, resisted sprints, as well as pre-workout dynamic stretching and post-workout recovery. For rehab, use the lightest resistance and move with slow control. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic quality *by S***E on November 17, 2023* These bands are significantly higher quality than most others I’ve tried.
