I get so many compliments on these decals. Noone can believe that I did it myself.

Several points to make here. #1: decal is not as big as it looks in the pictures. It was no way near as impressive either. #2: As far as it being simple to apply, removing it from the backing plastic - almost impossible due to the shape and complexity of the design. Add to that the static that caused the plastic to roll constantly and peeling it off became frustrating. And finally. #3: The decal itself, despite being in a garage, despite having 2 people simultaneously attempt to apply it, despite the car's bodywork being spotlessly clean, and despite the static which attracted everything you didn't need to attract, it wouldn't lay flat no matter what we did. Wrinkles & creases abounded and it looked terrible. I don't recommend this at all.

Like why?

So far so good. I like how it looks on my SUV hood. A bit challenging to apply, lots of intricate thin pieces on this decal. So time and patience required. I used a thin exacto knife to help peel the pieces off the backing. Curious to see how it holds up to the elements as I just purchased it a few days ago.

Disappointed I was really excited to put on my car until it showed up unable to even be put on anything
