My son bought these to wear during wrestling practice to help with weight cutting. He said they are comfortable and flexible and fit well. They work well for the intended purpose. Hand wash and air dry. He is 5’11 with a walk around weight of 165 and competition weight of 157 and got a size medium which fits well.

I really like these and how they fit. They work great to increase the sweat factor a clean up easily. They are light weight and fit under clothing nicely. I ordered 2 to 3 sizes larger than I wear. I wear 2xl pants so I ordered them in 5xl and the go on easy yet fit snug. I won't mind when they become a little loose because they will still work. I've used this method before for weight loss which is the best way for me to just sweat it off. Ofcourse I pay attention to portions and so on but these shorts do great assistance to the intention of weight loss and slimming up a bit. Any contributing factors to diet and exercise can only help. Stay hydrated.

I am 6' 2', 305 lbs. I ordered the 3XL and they ended up being snug but did not compress the way that I thought they should so I started the process for a refund which was super seamless. It gave a few suggestions of how to return the product and going to Kohl's was an option. All I had to do was tell the cashier and she scanned my packae and gave me a reciept. This whole process was free of any charges and I got my refund in a few hours. I then orderd a 1Xl which is more snug. I am happy with the product and I wear it all day ubder my clothes then go to the gym on my lunch break. I have only had it for a few days so have not seen any results as of yet but can feel the sweat as I ove aroound at the gym. I take them off and do not pout them in the washer. I wipe them with a warm, soapy wash clothe and then rinse out the cloth and wipe the soap off to let them dry after each use. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT COMPANY ! ! !

Will make you sweat but doesn't trap a lot of heat. I've worked out a couple times in it and its left me cold

The size is perfect,the material is also a little stretchy makes it comfortable while excersize, the material outside keeps looking good although you sweat from the inside , it really makes u sweat !

Definitely value for money if your are looking to lose some weight comfortably. The style of it allows you to wear under other garments or as is. Wearing warms the body and inducing heat and once working out you produce a lot a lot a lot of sweat.
