Inofolic Alpha is a powder. It should be mixed with a small glass of water. Alpha Plus is a capsule swallowed with water. Inofolic Alpha should be taken twice a day, on an empty stomach and at least 30 minutes before food or 2 hours after.

Is Inofolic Alpha suitable for different dietary needs?

Inofolic Alpha sachets are suitable for those who follow vegetarian, halal or kosher diets. It is not suitable for vegans as it contains alpha-lactalbumin which is a serum protein derived from dairy milk. Inofolic Alpha Plus also contains Soya.

Is it OK to take Inofolic Alpha with other supplements?

There is no evidence to show any negative interaction with other supplements. However, Inofolic Alpha should not be taken at the same time as other supplements, aim for at least 30 minutes apart.
