This is definitely one of the more expensive myo-inositol supplements I’ve tried, but for me personally, it has been worth the extra cost. I take it regularly and, unlike some other brands I’ve tried, I haven’t experienced any unwanted side effects with this one. It is also very easy to prepare and take. It has virtually no noticeable taste or smell, which makes it much easier to use regularly. The price could certainly be lower, but based on my personal experience, this is the option that works best for me and that I’m most comfortable taking. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will continue buying it.

Absolutely Incredible. I want to reccomend this to everyone. I now have 2 babies and this stuff has played a massive role in this. 1st baby: tried for over a year, irregular periods of 35-60days! Started taking this, and by month 3 periods had become regular and cycle shorter. Got pregnant on month 3. 2nd baby, 2 years later, I started taking it 3 months before we started trying. Periods had been irregular again, almost non existent. They came back after I started this. On month 3 we started our 1st effort of having another baby. It worked 1st time, on 1st month of trying... I could not believe it. As someone with irregular to almost non existent cycles this stuff is a miracle and I dont know why it's not more known. 100% reccomend to give it at least 3 months minimum in order to make a difference to your cycles if youre trying to get pregnant. Take it as instructed, morning and evening on fairly empty stomach. It was annoying to plan for it twice a day and an expensive supplement but it brought me my babies so 10000% worth it .

I have uterine fibroids, and my hormonal changes started after I stopped taking combined oral contraceptives. My BMI is 26.5. My doctor prescribed myo-inositol to help gently reduce elevated testosterone, improve my metabolism, address a prediabetic state, and help with acne and unwanted hair growth. At first, I took Inofolic Alpha (myo-inositol only). Within a few months, I noticed significant improvements: my acne almost completely cleared, my PMS symptoms disappeared, and my periods became much easier. About 4–5 months after finishing the course, my acne gradually returned, so I started taking Inofolic Alpha again. After consulting a doctor in the UK, I switched to Inofolic Alpha Plus (myo-inositol + D-chiro-inositol). However, within just a few days of starting it, my skin became noticeably oilier and I developed deep inflammatory acne again. I cannot say for certain that the supplement caused this, but the timing was very noticeable. Because of this, I decided to switch back to Inofolic Alpha, as it had worked much better for me. I also took only one sachet per day, because when I took two sachets daily, I almost completely lost my appetite. Despite taking only one sachet per day, my follow-up blood tests still showed improvement: both my DHEA-S and testosterone levels decreased. This was my personal experience. Myo-inositol alone worked much better for me than the combination of myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol. I understand that responses to these supplements can vary greatly from person to person, so I am simply sharing my own experience in case it is helpful to others.

I’ve been buying Inofolic Alpha for several months now and have gone through around six boxes. It was recommended to me by my gynaecologist, and I’ve been happy with the results overall. I don’t always remember to take it every single da as you drink it in the morning and evening, so a box sometimes lasts me a little longer than a month, but I’ve still noticed a positive difference. For me, it helped make my cycle more regular, and at follow-up appointments there was also an improvement in my PCOS symptoms. It’s important to have realistic expectations – this isn’t a miracle cure and it doesn’t make PCOS disappear. However, I do feel it’s been a worthwhile part of managing the condition alongside my doctor’s advice. The sachets in form of a powder are easy to take as you drink them with water and I’ve had no issues with them. The taste as well is good, somewhat sugary. I’ll definitely continue repurchasing and would recommend it to anyone whose healthcare professional has suggested giving it a try.

I’ve only just got this one and it’s too early to tell. I’m having irregular cycles from 28-38 days so I’m hoping to get my cycle reduced so I can better predict the days leading to ovulation ( TTC journey). Taste is almost unnoticeable so I’m not sure why other people say it has a bad taste. I also think it has reduced my sugar cravings. I will provide another update a few months later once I understand if it helps with irregular cycles.

I tried it for three weeks to support my hormonal balance (I don’t have PCOS). Unfortunately it gave me really bad diarrhoea that didn’t improve, so I had to stop. I did notice that my period came a week later than usual after starting it…something that has never happened before so it may have had a temporary hormonal effect?? Such a shame it didn’t work for me as the side effects were too uncomfortable to continue.

Been using for 2 weeks and no obvious differences made as of yet. Will see the packet through and then decide if I want to buy another and keep using. Same as most fertility related products, expensive and offer alot of promise and doesnt always deliver!
