In a plethora of pillows this one is a keeper. I have been a life long stomach sleeper - but then I began to hear that as you age - it does not do your face any favors to smoosh it into your pillow. I tried "back sleeping" but in the morning I would always wake up on my side with my face smooshed. When I started the hunt for the "perfect" pillow to help me stay on my back - I discovered there there is quite an assortment. I am a researcher type person - so I can't just choose the first one listed. I narrowed it down to this one - but quite honestly was cynical if it would do what it promised. The pillow has an "interesting" shape. It came with a beautiful silk pillowcase packaged separately which I appreciated because that is important to anti-aging of your face as well as being kind to your hair. It has memory foam and cooling chambers which any person would appreciate, especially us older ladies!! On the first night testing it out, despite the "unique" shape, which is very different from anything I've ever slept on, it definitely passed. It was very comfortable and the silk pillow case gives it a luxurious feel. To look at it - I thought it might feel like my head was trapped between the sides but you don't even notice them when you are laying on the pillow. The soft cushoning just felt like sleeping on a really comfortable pillow. I think in addition to all these other positive properties - I was most impressed that I could turn my head slightly to the side if I wanted - and the pillow is designed to cradle your head. So, when I woke up - there was no "smooshing" of my face into the pillow. Mission accomplished!! I am very impressed with all this pillow has to offer - that it does what it promises and and I'm able to remain on my back all night. Pillows are kind of personal to each of us - but I would recommend giving this neck contour pillow a shot.

I would get the worst creases on the sides of my face with my old cervical memory foam pillow. I sleep on my back but I turn my head side to side. I would have a crease every morning at least 3 in long and they wouldn't go away for several hours. It was so embarrassing it looked like I just rolled out of bed. This pillow provides the support my neck needs and the bumpers on each side allow me to put my head to the side but they're designed to be short so your cheek is not against the bumpers, so no wrinkles! I'm beyond happy with this pillow...glad I have it a try!!! Fyi side sleeping is not ideal with this pillow but you can with the right placement of your head avoid much of your cheek from being squished. I wouldn't fully recommend this pillow for side sleeping but you might be able to make it work. Love it for back sleeping though!!!!!

I really thought the way this pillow was constructed would solve my problem of sleeping on my back and keeping my head from turning too far to the side, thus preventing getting a true pain in the neck. But the pillow was very uncomfortable, and the area where your head lies is too wide to keep my head from flopping to the side. It is not as hard as some neck support pillows I have tried, but the area that is supposed to be for neck support is too high for my neck, so my head is pushed forward. I barely slept at all while trying out this pillow. It is going into the give-away box. I have tried many pillows to help with my neck pain, so I was not surprised that this one did not help me either. But if you have a normal neck, this pillow will probably be OK for you.

The neck was not narrow enough to keep her head in position, and the shoulder part of the pillow not flat enough to fit under her shoulders. She didn't ger the support she was looking for to stop her head from falling to the left. It just wasn't a good fit for her.

I searched long and hard for a pillow to help me make the transition to back sleeping, to help with acne issues, wrinkles and TMJ/jaw pain worsened by sleeping on my stomach/face. This pillow was a great choice. It's high-quality and well-constructed, and it certainly helps keep me on my back or slightly on my side; (I also purchased a half-moon bolster pillow and am using that under my knees for spinal alignment). My one problem so far, after just a week or so using the pillow, is that my neck and upper shoulders have been aching when I wake up. I'm not sure how to remedy that issue, but I've read in reviews of an insert provided by the seller that has helped others with similar issues - hoping I can get in touch with the seller and ask about that insert.

I very rarely write reviews but I love this pillow so much I have to spread the gospel. It is a game changer. I was a lifelong side sleeper and never thought I could sleep on my back. My neck and shoulders were almost always sore and you could see the visible difference in my face on the side I usually slept on (and not on a good way). This pillow not only broke that habit, but now I’m so sold on it that I can’t even imagine sleeping on my side. I wish I had known about this pillow 20 years ago. I will admit, the first week is tough, it’s not an easy transition and I wanted to throw this pillow in the fire pit. But something magical started happened after a that first week and suddenly I was sleeping more comfortably than I ever had. I’m traumatized when I travel now and don’t have my weird pillow because I know I won’t sleep well. So now I’m one of those high maintenance people that has to bring their pillow on every trip. And yes, it’s makes a weird, ugly lump under the covers when you try to make your bed. But it’s so good I don’t even care.

I received this pillow, while the pillow is everything I wanted, the smell was horrible. Honestly, I would purchase another pillow.

in january i bought the standard size one and it has been a game changer. i no longer wake up with neck pain or shoulder pain. i tell anybody who will listen about this pillow. my husband asked to try it because how much i rave about it. and i just couldn’t risk a terrible night sleep. however the large one went on sale and we bought that for him. the large one is weird. i don’t think it’s made out of the same materials. in the pics the off white is the large. the bright white is the standard. it seems like the large goes on sale more often but wait for the standard. you won’t regret it.

Oreiller de bonne qualité, mais plus adapté je pense à un dormeur sur le dos. Perso, je dors sur le côté, et la partie bombée me gêne la plupart du temps, pas idéal...

I’ve only slept on it once so it may be a bit coincidental but I had a much better sleep. It’s a perfect firmness, not too soft or hard. The little side lumps I expected to be a bit higher but they are just enough to keep you from a full “side sleep” and are nice to rest your head against. I got the satin cover and it’s nice and soft. Otherwise it comes with a bamboo / polyester cover which is pretty basic but also a cooling material. Overall I am a big fan so far!

Best pillow ive bought. Neck be feeling refreshed
